I made my own Pork chop dinner whilst living in Bournemouth all on my own. Recipe and picture provided
Ingredients
* 1 Pork Chop per person *3 Medium size Baking potatoes
* Apple Sauce * Colmans Mustard * Corn on the Cob - fresh or frozen * Small
amount of Butter * You will also need 2 Saucepans - 1 to do the mash in and
another to cook the corn on the cob plus a medium size Frying Pan to do the
Chop, Potato masher and Tongs.
