Pork Chop Dinner

I made my own Pork chop dinner whilst living in Bournemouth all on my own. Recipe and picture provided 

Ingredients
  • * 1 Pork Chop per person *3 Medium size Baking potatoes * Apple Sauce * Colmans Mustard * Corn on the Cob - fresh or frozen * Small amount of Butter * You will also need 2 Saucepans - 1 to do the mash in and another to cook the corn on the cob plus a medium size Frying Pan to do the Chop, Potato masher and Tongs.

    Method Peel and dice potatoes, add to pan with boiling water and simmer. Cover the chop either side with mustard before adding to pan to give it a nice flavour. Cook and keep turning chop for even cooking. Add Corn on the Cob to other pan and add boiling water, these should take 15 - 20 minutes. When the Potatoes are cooked using the knife test, mash together with the butter until no lumps appear and it looks creamy. Once the chop is cooked add to the plate with the Mash and Corn on the Cob and serve with apple sauce
