Method
Make the short crust pastry or use a block.
Roll it out to the size of the dish
Add the apple filling to the middle
Roll out another layer of pastry for the topping
Make a apple shape for decoration, place in the middle
Cut the edges for decoration as shown above
Cook on Gas Mark 4 for 30 mins or until Golden Brown
