Boiled Fruit Cake
Ingrediants
Method
300g Sultanas
8oz Butter
2 eggs, beaten
250ml water
1/2 pint of milk
8oz PlainFlour
Add sugar, butter to pan along with Sultanas. Melt till butter is runny. Add flour and 2 beaten eggs to mixture along with water. Bring to boil. Add mixture into a greaseproof lined tin and cook for 1 hour and 30 mins on Gas Mark 4.
